At SurePeople, I led creative marketing initiatives that blended data-driven strategy with bold storytelling. I produced and directed video content tailored to Gen Z, Millennial, and Gen X audiences, developing persona-based campaigns that brought SurePeople’s Prism personality framework to life.

On the paid media side, I managed campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn; building and testing over 20 ad variations, optimizing toward CPC, CTR, and conversions, and tracking metrics with precise UTM structures. I also spearheaded a $25,000 influencer marketing program, crafting briefs, negotiating deliverables, and amplifying top-performing content through paid.

Beyond ads, I developed copy for social posts, newsletters, and webinar events. I executed integrated campaigns around launches and conferences like HR Tech, using activations such as QR codes, branded displays, and merchandise. My role combined creative execution and performance analysis, ensuring every piece of content - from a micro-coaching ad to a TikTok or animation - was not only on-brand but measurable, scalable, and impactful for the SurePeople brand.
