What I would do this week
Day 1
- Rewrite homepage
- Rewrite about page
Day 2
- Build capabilities page
Day 3
- Add SurePeople case study
Day 4
- Add Vive case study
Day 5
- Audit college projects and cut anything that doesn’t support marketing/social/content roles
Before touching anything else, tell me the college projects currently on your site (just the titles), and I’ll tell you exactly which ones I would keep, move, or remove.
what dimensions should it be in
If you’re asking about the portfolio website layout itself, here are the dimensions I’d recommend:
Website Width
Most modern portfolio sites use a content width of:
- 1200–1400px max width for desktop
- Plenty of white space on the sides
- Responsive for tablet and mobile
A good sweet spot is:
1280px max-width
Project Images
For project thumbnails:
- 1600 x 1200 px (4:3 ratio)
or - 1920 x 1080 px (16:9 ratio)
I personally prefer 1920 x 1080 because it looks more modern and works well for social media case studies.
Case Study Cover Images
Use:
1920 x 1080 px
For every project.
Example:
- SurePeople cover image
- Vive cover image
- Packaging project cover image
Keeping all covers the same size makes your portfolio look much more professional.
Social Media Mockups
For Instagram content:
Feed Posts
- 1080 x 1080 px
Portrait Posts
- 1080 x 1350 px
Stories
- 1080 x 1920 px
Reels Covers
- 1080 x 1920 px

Export as:
- US Letter (8.5 x 11 in)
If You’re Using Adobe Portfolio, Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow
Don’t obsess over exact page dimensions.
Focus on:
- Consistent image sizes
- High-resolution exports
- Clean spacing
- Mobile responsiveness
The biggest visual upgrade for your portfolio won’t be dimensions—it’s having consistent project cover images and case studies that explain your thinking, not just showing graphics.
Which platform are you building on right now—Adobe Portfolio, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or something else? That will determine the exact image sizes I’d recommend.
I need a flow for vive health and fitness
For Vive Health & Fitness, don’t think of it as “a collection of graphics.”
Think of it as a marketing case study that demonstrates social media, campaign development, content creation, writing, and design.
Here’s the flow I’d use:
